We have a variety of pre-roll solutions for operations of all sizes and pre-roll preferences. The PR-STR system can produce upwards of 850 pre-rolls per hour as an introductory system and typically replaces 4-5 operators. 

The PR-200, a more commercial option, will produce upwards of 1,300 pre-rolls per hour at scale while replacing 15-20 operators. 

At the top end of our pre-roll systems is our PR-400. This commercial option produces 2,600 pre-rolls per hour and replaces on average 20-28 operators.

Each PreRoll-Er system exhibits versatility in manufacturing a diverse array of pre-roll formats. This includes conical, straight, cigarette-style, and blunts, across all machine models. 

The PR-STR system facilitates production across a spectrum of weights spanning from 0.25 g to 2 g. The PR-200 and PR-400 systems offer a broader range from 0.25 g to 3 g.

Yes. We offer live demos in person or via Zoom, Teams, or any other platforms. We can also share a pre-recorded demo if you want to watch it on your own time. Our sales representatives are all trained experts in doing live demos and answering your questions.

No. Typically, you can calibrate the settings with all of our pre-roll machines within approximately 1-2 pre-roll cycles, or between 10-15 pre-rolls. 

Achieving your desired operational throughput of pre-rolls per hour is feasible on any of our pre-roll systems. Refine the settings to attain your target sustained production rate while ensuring consistent throughput.

When using any of our pre-roll systems, the ideal grind size can vary. This depends on your factors and preferences, such as the moisture content, relative humidity, particulate density, and type of biomass blend.

However, a medium grind size is often recommended as a starting point for particulate. This enables you to scale up and down according to your finished products’ unique specifications. Control your grind size to meet each strain’s or blend’s unique properties, producing a superior consumer experience.

We find that a medium-coarse grind size allows for optimal density within the cross-section of each pre-roll, ensuring you maintain a consistent burn and predictable airflow.

Yes, PreRoll-Er systems are compatible with sticky biomass. Our systems stand out due to the absence of bulky vibratory components commonly found in alternative inferior pre-roll methods. These components, which we don’t use, are known to induce friction and heat, factors detrimental to the production of high-quality pre-rolls.

By circumventing such elements, our systems ensure an optimal environment conducive to the production of quality, consistent pre-rolls. This design gives you the ability to run moist – and even infused biomass – through our systems with precision and control. It ensures optimal performance in your processing operations.

For optimal performance, we recommend our machines be operated by a dedicated operator. Preferably someone with some level of mechanical aptitude. Nonetheless, with adequate training and experience, virtually anyone can be taught to operate all PreRoll-Er machines.

Most PreRoll-Er systems are designed to support a single operator for peak functionality.

All surfaces that come into contact with the flower are constructed from food-grade materials and compliant with regulatory standards. 

Comprehensive cleaning capabilities extend to all areas where the product interfaces with the machine and can be done in just minutes. Deeper cleans on our PR-200 and PR-400, which are advised each week, may take closer to an hour since the machines are larger systems. 

Note: Using isopropyl alcohol on any of the acrylic doors is not advisable as it may cause clouding. Instead, clean with soapy water and avoid harsh chemicals such as Windex. Generally, a dry microfiber cloth suffices for routine maintenance or a quick blow-down from an air compressor.
